Posted On: 02/23/2024 I had a very bad dental cleaning experience with my previous dentist, Renaissance Dental, in April 2023. I became sick for a couple of weeks afterward, which I believe was due to unhygienic conditions. Because of that experience, I switched to Roth Sean A DDS after reviewing their Google ratings.

My first visit with Dr. Roth in September 2023 went well. However, during my second cleaning appointment on 2/12/2024, I had a similar experience to the one with my previous dentist. I work from home, and this was the only place I had visited during the month of February 2024. About 24 hours after the dental cleaning, I started developing a throat infection that lasted for two weeks.

This was very disappointing and raises concerns for me about hygiene practices. I cannot say with certainty whether the illness was directly caused by the visit or if it was a coincidence.
